Filmhuis den haag is a movie theater for film art and classics. It is also a cultural meeting place in the center of The Hague

ROOTS

ROOTS is an annual film festival, hosted by filmhuis den haag. The festival screens 50 films made by filmmakers from The Hague or set in The Hague.

Internship GRRR

During my internship at GRRR I worked on the poster for the ROOTS film festival that would be used as facade, posters, banners and profile pics.

The poster had to contain "070", the number of The Hague. And it also had to radiate The Hague and festivity.

I always start my process by making sketches, a lot of them

For this project, I made a lot of small sketches for the art. I chose the best ones and traced them in Illustrator.
